It is necessary to ensure that the maintenance service is carried out by qualified personnel.
HOW TO REQUEST ASSISTANCE?
First of all, contact the authorized technical assistance center of Ravenheat that carried out the first ignition. If it is no longer possible, please contact us to request another authorized CAT near your area.
Whenever possible, make sure to always have the serial number of the boiler on hand before contacting us.
CAN I REPLACE MY OLD BOILER WITH A NEW CONDENSING ONE?
From several years, building regulations have required all newly installed boilers to be condensing.
A new challenge, in addition to energy savings, is to reduce carbon emissions.
If the existing boiler is still functional, it is not necessary to replace it, although switching to a condensing boiler may be best solution considering potential cost savings up to 30%.
IS A CAREFUL CONTROL OF THE ROOM TEMPERATURE HELPFUL IN REDUCING ENERGY CONSUMPTION?
Yes, a SMART thermostat ensures that the boiler only turns on when the temperature in the room drops below the desired level. By reducing the temperature setting by 1°C, it is possible to save up to 10% on bills.
IF I LIVE IN AN AREA WHERE WE DO NOT HAVE NATURAL GAS, BUT ONLY LPG?
No problem. There are specific models that are factory-set to work with LPG. The AUTHORIZED TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE CENTER will be able to advise you further.

It is recommended to ask your authorized TECHNICAL SERVICE CENTER where to purchase them.
ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS?

CAN MY INSTALLER INSTALL A RAVENHEAT BOILER IN THE BATHROOM?
Some boilers can be installed in certain zones in the bathroom based on their individual IPX classification. They must always comply with regulations and your installer will be able to advise you further.
MY INSTALLER CLAIMS THAT THE HEATING SYSTEM MUST BE CLEANED BEFORE INSTALLING A NEW BOILER - IS THIS TRUE?
Cleaning the heating system is an important part of the installation process as it helps remove various dirt, thus protecting the components of the new boiler (such as the circulator, relief valve, and plate heat exchanger) from potential damage. This extends the lifespan of the boiler and minimizes the chances of breakdowns in the short term. Therefore, it is recommended that you have your installer clean the heating system before installing a new boiler.
WHAT DOES 'CONDENSATION' MEAN?
Condensing boilers use a high-efficiency, next-generation heat exchanger designed to recover almost all of the latent heat in the exhaust gases, which is normally wasted and released into the atmosphere.
By recovering this otherwise wasted heat, condensing boilers can achieve the required heating with less fuel consumption.
